| Your treatment is based on your needs and desires and
not your dental benefits level. We will work with you to help you
receive the care you deserve in a way that meets your budget.
We will never alter your treatment. We only change the time
frame in which your treatment can be completed.
Our office accepts payments from ALL insurance carriers and we are participating providers for Blue Cross Dental and Delta Dental. We guarantee that you will receive the correct dental benefits you are entitled to. However, please note that ALL PATIENTS ARE ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF COMPLETED SERVICES. Co-payments, deductibles, differentials, and payments for non-covered services are due on the day of treatment unless financial arrangements have been made PRIOR to your visit. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. For those patients without dental benefits and for circumstances when there are no benefits available, we offer discounts for cash payments on certain procedures and financing up to 18 months interest free through Care Credit. Care Credit is a third party financing corporation backed by GE Financial. They offer 3, 6, 12 and 18 month interest free payment plans as well as extended payment options with a low interest rate.
